AgPortal is an internal business application operated by S.J. Brandon LLC ("Company"), available as a web portal and a mobile app ("ODO Field App"). This policy describes how we handle information within the application.
1. Information Collected
AgPortal collects information necessary for farm production management, including employee names, work records, financial data, and operational records entered by authorized users.
The mobile app may additionally collect:
- GPS location (including background location for time-clock and delivery tracking)
- Photos and camera data (for field reports, equipment inspections, and produce documentation)
- Voice recordings (for voice messages transcribed to text)
- Device identifiers (for push notifications)
All mobile data collection requires your permission and is used solely for farm operations.
2. Use of Information
All information is used solely for internal business operations including production tracking, accounting, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively for internal business operations and is only disclosed when required by law or with your explicit consent.
4. Third-Party Services
AgPortal integrates with QuickBooks Online for accounting and payroll functions. Data shared with QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's Privacy Policy.
The mobile app uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push notifications
- OpenAI for voice transcription
These services receive only the minimum data necessary for their function. We do not share your personal information with these providers for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. SMS/Text Messaging
By voluntarily providing your phone number and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive text messages from S.J. Brandon LLC related to farm operations, including but not limited to: delivery notifications, shipment updates, weather alerts, and time-clock reminders.

6. Data Security
Access to AgPortal is restricted to authorized users via authenticated login. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secured servers.
7. Data Retention
Business records are retained in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
